At Bottega Veneta we have a pivotal vacancy opened in our People Engagement and Employer Branding team in charge of the execution of our ambitious strategy related to our People Experience.
How will you contribute?
Orchestrate the rollouts of our key initiatives supporting our I&D, People Engagement and Employer Branding to boost our people sense of belonging and pride.
Manage the People Engagement key brand events according to the strategy, manage and analyse its engagement impact through KPI.
Collaborate with HR teams on our global onboarding journey and monitor the harmonisation of contents globally.
Oversee the Kering Employee Annual Survey campaigns, analysis, reports and supports the regions and the corporate leaders in monitoring the action plans; develop the internal annual communication campaign.
Manage our employee social volunteering program ’Giving Back’, including onboarding associations in Europe, promoting the platform, tracking participation, collecting, and tracking the HQ and WW regional initiatives.
Manage the calendar of internal communications related to the brand and key moments through our group internal digital platform.
Support partnerships with selected schools and universities to inspire talents.
Collaborate with External Communications, Image and Marketing teams to promote Bottega Veneta on career network platforms (es. LinkedIn).
Who you are?
Passionate about luxury, arts and Bottega Veneta.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal communications, with a focus on employee engagement and employer branding.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels and different cultures.
Great interpersonal skills: listening, networking, team working.
Curious, eager to learn, enthusiastic.
Proficiency in using communication tools (es Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics platforms).
Excellent writing and presentation skills in English, Italian and a third language is a plus.
