Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to execute monthly content plans across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on transforming approved content calendars into high-quality, branded social media posts, coordinating with a video editor for reels, and managing scheduling and publishing across platforms.The ideal candidate is both creatively skilled and operationally disciplined. You must be proficient in graphic design, understand platform best practices, and maintain strict brand consistency across accounts.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & DesignDesign static posts, carousels, and supporting graphics based on approved content calendarsMaintain brand consistency for each client including fonts, color palettes, tone, and visual styleAdapt content appropriately for different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as assignedEnsure all content meets quality and formatting standards before publishingCoordinate with the video editor to integrate reels and video content into the monthly posting scheduleIn some cases, assist in developing content calendars in collaboration with leadershipCommunicate clearly regarding deadlines, revisions, and content needsScheduling & PublishingSchedule posts according to monthly or weekly content plansEnsure proper tagging, formatting, and platform optimizationMonitor scheduled posts to confirm successful publishingMaintain organized tracking of posted contentPlatform & Brand ManagementFollow client-specific branding guidelines and posting protocolsStay current with platform best practices and algorithm considerationsMake informed formatting decisions to maximize engagement and clarityRequired Skills & QualificationsProficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative SuiteExperience managing and scheduling posts across major social platformsStrong understanding of visual branding and layout principlesAbility to manage multiple client brands simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently within structured systemsPreferred QualificationsExperience assisting with content strategy or calendar developmentFamiliarity with social media scheduling toolsBasic understanding of analytics and engagement metricsWork StructureApproximately 5–10 hours per weekContent is typically planned monthly, occasionally weeklyFlexible schedule with clearly defined deadlines#J-18808-Ljbffr
