**Vodafone Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master's students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program
**About The Role**
The Sales Processes & Next Project Manager has the accountability of defining and implementing sales processes for marketing offer and digital transformation program (Next) in order to increase our sales and customer engagement ensuring the best possible experience across the main channels
**Responsibilities**
- Manages the sales processes projects
- Identifies and defines business requirements
- Understands and analyses data information from several sources
- Understands market needs and evolutions
- Identifies customer experience and sales activities enhancements
- Works with field sales and cross-functional teams in order to reach the project goals
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Master-s or Bachelor Degree in Engineering or similar
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical capability with problem solving skills
- Project management skills and experience in projects is a plus
- Advanced use of Office suite, especially in Excel & Power Point
- Passionate about digital transformation
- Well organized with maniacal attention to details
- Excellent communication skills and ability to co-ordinate and work with different functions
- Highly energetic, with a 'can-do' attitude and a desire to self-develop
