Through innovative technologies, we create the optimal climate for demanding industrial and agricultural applications where controlling humidity, temperature, and air quality is essential. /ph3Role Overview /h3pAs Head of Finance at Airprotech, part of the Munters Group, you will act as the strategic financial partner to the Business Unit and a key member of the local Management Team. You will be responsible for overseeing financial reporting, business controlling, treasury, tax, risk management, and payroll. You will lead the local Finance team, drive continuous process improvements, and ensure full compliance with Italian regulations and Munters’ global policies, while supporting business growth and performance. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3h3Financial Reporting Business Control /h3ulliLead and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. /liliDrive budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term strategic planning processes, ensuring alignment across Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement. /liliMonitor and analyse structural costs, job margins, hourly rates, personnel costs, and incentive schemes. /liliAnalyse Operating Working Capital (OWC) and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance and cash conversion. /liliEnsure alignment of local accounting practices with IFRS standards in accordance with the Munters Financial Manual. /li /ulh3Treasury Cash Management /h3ulliOwn and manage the Treasury function, ensuring effective cash flow and liquidity management. /liliAnalyse, forecast, and optimise Operating Working Capital (OWC), driving initiatives to improve related KPIs. /liliPrepare and monitor both short‑term liquidity and long‑term cash flow forecasts. /liliImplement and strengthen cash management processes, regularly sharing cash performance with the management team and coaching stakeholders on liquidity impact. /liliAct as the main point of contact for banking relationships, including transactions and guarantees, and liaise with Munters Group Treasury. /liliSupport the development of mid‑to‑long‑term investment plans and ensure alignment with cash flow projections. /li /ulh3Tax Compliance /h3ulliEnsure timely preparation and submission of all tax obligations in compliance with local regulations. /liliManage relationships with tax advisors, auditors, legal consultants, and Munters Group Tax team. /liliEnsure compliance with local and international tax regulations, including transfer pricing. /liliProvide guidance on international taxation, transfer pricing, and EU VAT matters. /li /ulh3Other Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee monthly payroll in coordination with external providers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. /liliSupport and drive cost control and efficiency initiatives across the organization. /liliProvide regular and insightful financial reporting to the General Manager and leadership team. /liliManage ad‑hoc projects and topics with external advisors (e.g. auditors, consultants, legal firms). /liliLead, coach, and develop the local Finance team, fostering a high‑performance culture. /liliPromote continuous improvement, digitalisation, and adherence to Munters Financial Manual and corporate policies. /li /ulh3Experience Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. /liliMinimum 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business controlling, preferably in an international environment. /liliProven experience in treasury, budgeting, forecasting, payroll management, and financial reporting. /liliStrong knowledge of Italian GAAP and local financial regulations; knowledge of IFRS is considered a strong plus. /liliSolid experience with audits, risk management, and treasury operations. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems; experience with Zucchetti, IF, and/or AARO is a plus, as well as involvement in system implementations. /liliDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and influence teams. /liliFluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li /ulh3What We Offer /h3ulliCompetitive salary and benefits. /liliKey finance leadership role in an international company. /liliInnovative, collaborative and growth‑oriented environment. /liliOpportunities for professional development and training. /li /ulh3Our Promise /h3pMunters values inclusion, equity, and a discrimination‑free workplace. /ppWe are committed to building a workplace for everyone and counter systemic bias, prevent harassment, and ensure employee health and well‑being. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
