This is a unique opportunity to join Diesel at a time of strong growth and transformation, becoming part of a team that sets new standards in client experience and style, right in the heart of one of the world’s fashion capitals. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liAct and think first of the client and their experience, you have an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs and expectations of clients. /li liWelcome and assist each client providing an excellent in-store experience at all times. /li liBe a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions. /li liCreate a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them. /li liDeal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary. /li liDemonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, to drive individual and team objectives and be accountable for sales results. /li liBe proactively engaged in cross selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs. /li liProve Brand and product knowledge. /li liEnsure and maintain the shop floor and visual display high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures. /li liContribute to ensure a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor. /li liThink innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, be up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors. /li liDevelop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives. /li liManage and drive sales by understanding client desires and create a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance. /li /ul h3Key Requirements /h3 ul liPrevious experience in sales roles; experience in structured Fashion Luxury/Retail Companies is a plus; passionate in Retail, client service and commercial mindset. /li liExcellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity. /li liStrong communication skills. /li liWillingness evolve in the organization (willingness to relocate is a plus). /li liDigitally aware and open to new ways of working. /li liWe are looking for candidates with strong competencies in Decision Making, Strategic Thinking, Financial Acumen, Innovation, Focus on Customer and Execution. /li liLanguage proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory.
