Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /p h3Purpose of the job /h3 pThe Project Industrialization Engineer is responsible to industrialize the maintenance, renovation/modernisation or warranty activity at the Depot, Repair Centre or Production site(s) in order to secure the production deliverables. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liAnalyze the requirements described in the maintenance plan. /li liDraft and validate process documentation (Standard Operation Sheet). /li liIdentify necessary tools and materials, from the definition of technical specifications to field validation. /li liOrganize the layout (facilities, workstations, flow of materials/people, number of operators, civil works). /li liValidate, with the project team, the optimal strategy to implement to maximize the saturation of production resources. /li liOrganize all maintenance activities in line with Alstom standard requirements (sequence of activities, cycle time, delivery times, packaging, workstation ergonomics, skills, EHS constraints and Quality requirements). /li liDocument management on SAP Railsys (task list, materials list, tools list). /li liValidate the defined processes on the field with the operations team. /li liManage suppliers for the creation of the main equipment. /li liAnalyze and identify actions aimed at improving project performance. /li liRespect assigned budget. /li liDevelop business cases to evaluate investment plans and implement Make or Buy strategies. /li /ul pYou don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you! /p h3Requirements /h3 ul liAt least 2 to 5 years’ experience preferably in the railway industry, ideally in an international organization. /li liAbility to read and understand schematics and drawings. /li liTechnical experience of Methods Engineering, writing, and improving manufacturing and/or maintenance work instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing. /li liExperience in working with an ERP (such as SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up. /li liWorking knowledge of Quality and Health Safety standards and systems. /li liProven ability to innovate and manage change. /li liExcellent teamwork skills and ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at various levels. /li liStrong organizational and planning capabilities. /li liDesire to learn and grow completing the profile. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li /ul h3Important to note /h3 pAs a global business, we’re an equal‑opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.
