Season: May 18th – August 31st (possible extension based on availability)

Working Hours: Daytime operation (11:00 – 19:00)

About The Role
\n
We are looking for a Cashier to join our Beach Club team, responsible for managing cash operations and supporting management in controlling payments, transactions, and daily financial accuracy.
\n
This role is key in ensuring organization, precision, and full control over financial flows during service, working closely with both the service team and management.
\n
Responsibilities
\n

- Manage daily cash operations during service
\n
- Control and verify payments processed by waiters at the tables
\n
- Support management with transaction monitoring and daily closing procedures
\n
- Perform end-of-day fiscal reconciliation, ensuring all transactions are accurate and aligned with reports
\n
- Prepare and submit daily financial reports, highlighting discrepancies if any
\n
- Operate POS systems and management software
\n
- Ensure smooth payment flow in a high-volume environment
\n
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or payment issues
\n
\n
Prerequisites
\n
- \n
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
\n
- Previous experience in cashier or administrative roles
\n
- Good knowledge of Excel
\n
- Fluent English required
\n
- Familiarity with POS systems and management software

- Experience with Oracle Simphony and/or SevenRooms is a strong plus

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
\n
- Team-oriented mindset

- Own transportation preferred due to location
\n
- Must have the right to work in Italy (we do not sponsor visas)
