As a Digital and IT Value Expert, you will join Plenitude Societa Agevolazioni, specifically the Digital & IT Value & Strategic Portfolio Management team, which plans and manages digital and IT spending, promotes and coordinates continuous cost optimization programmes, and develops and disseminates FinOps practices to support Plenitude's growth strategy.

You will participate in the economic governance of IT, leading technology spending optimisation programmes, and fostering a cost‑aware and value‑oriented culture.
The goal is to ensure the effective use of digital resources, consistent with the group's strategic priorities and principles of economic sustainability.
Key activities:
Analysis and management of ICT spending (CAPEX and OPEX)
Governance of IT cost optimisation and rationalisation activities/initiatives
Definition of cost baselines and service‑oriented cost transparency models
Drafting business cases and cost/benefit analyses
Monitoring of economic results, KPIs and management reporting
Management of structured review moments with stakeholders
Fostering a cost‑aware and value‑driven culture by integrating continuous improvement practices, FinOps, and economic discipline into the IT solution planning, delivery, and review processes.
Required characteristics:
Master's degree in Management Engineering or Economics; different and/or lower study paths may be considered based on significant experience in the field
At least 5 years of experience, preferably gained in cost optimisation projects or programmes that have implemented the skills needed to analyse spending drivers, identify savings opportunities, and contribute to the development of continuous optimisation strategies.
Good knowledge of the English language
