Data Privacy and Compliance: Review, draft, and negotiate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and other data privacy-related contracts. Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to evaluate risks and compliance requirements for new projects and technologies. Ensure compliance with regulations such as the GDPR, CCPA, and other global data privacy laws.
Privacy Tools And Technology Expertise: Utilize tools such as OneTrust to manage privacy compliance programs, conduct assessments, and maintain records. Provide expertise in implementing and maintaining privacy technology solutions.
Policy Development And Implementation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align privacy and technology strategies with legal obligations. Maintain up-to-date privacy documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
