**This role in summary**:
The intern will supporting the Production team in the development of new solutions to bring efficiency in the plant, in collaboration with the Planning team.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Planning and prioritizing operations according to plant needs
- Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
- Schedule shift according to production needs
- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency.
- Relieving improvement opportunities in the production line and providing recommendations and training
- Collaborate with quality control, warehouse and other staff
**Minimum requirements**:
- Master's degree student or fresh graduate in Management Engineering or similar
- Proficiency in Italian language, good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of Google Suite
- Team player's attitude
