Manage supplier performance by recognising both positive and negative achievements communicate effectively to promote the pursuit of excellence and best practice both internally and externally. Continuously benchmark suppliers, analyse pricing trends, utilise cost models and cost break down to be able to reject price increases Scouting new suppliers in order to achieve price reduction target, improve quality and service.
