Overview Experteer Overview In this role you will develop and refine Digital Twin models for factory flow simulations to optimize industrial scenarios. You will collaborate with suppliers, scientific/academic partners, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement simulations. The position involves knowledge transfer across international units and creating technical documentation. You will work in a fast-moving environment that values innovation, data-driven decisions, and sustainable manufacturing.

Coordinate with 3D design offices to create virtual simulation models
Travel to Italian and foreign Operating Units for training and knowledge transfer
Prepare technical documentation, activity reports, and process specifications
Responsibilities Master’s Degree in Industrial/Mechanical/Electronic Engineering
2-3 years of seniority (or PhD)
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering with focus on simulation models and Digital Twin technology
Knowledge of Digital Twin simulation tools
Fluency in Italian and English
