Key Responsibilities: Collaborate in the creation of the annual financial statements and budget. Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, according to accounting standards like IFRS or US GAAP. Perform audit procedures to verify the accuracy and reliability of financial information. Cooperate with various accounting processes, such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Maintain and reconcile the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately. Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Demonstrate knowledge of SDI and electronic invoicing processes. Execute transactions in SAP and Zucchetti, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Track and manage fixed assets, including depreciation schedules and asset disposals. Oversee the processing and reconciliation of employee expense reports. Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of cash balances.
