You'll operate at the heart of a matrixed, international procurement function whereby you will collaborate with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and regional category leaders to ensure alignment and value creation.
Role Responsibilities
Lead sourcing strategy and supplier management for Advisory and IT Professional Services.
Drive category strategy for your allotted spend area whilst ensuring alignment with both local business needs and global procurement objectives.
Partner with business leaders to understand demand, manage risk, and ensure optimal delivery of services supporting client-facing projects.
Negotiate and manage key supplier agreements, balancing cost, quality, and compliance.
Champion best practice procurement processes and governance, ensuring consistency across regions.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor, someone who is confident to challenge, influence, and drive strategic outcomes.
Desired Experience
Proven experience in Procurement or Category Management, ideally within Advisory and IT Professional Services, Consultancy, or Indirect.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the credibility to influence senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset with a hands‐on approach to delivery and problem‐solving.
Strong understanding of sourcing frameworks, supplier performance management, and contract governance.
Fluent in Italian and English.
