Work Location
Ideally based in Milan, or option to work remotely from anywhere in Italy.
About the Role
As an Immigration Specialist, you will play a key role in guiding international employees through the visa and work permit process, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, and make relocations smooth and stress-free.
What You’ll Do
- Manage all immigration formalities for non-EU nationals, including work permits, family permits, and residence permits.
- Be the first point of contact for assignees, guiding them through each step of the immigration process.
- Ensure accurate and consistent execution of client instructions with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Liaise with local authorities and governmental offices to facilitate smooth processing of applications.
- Coordinate and maintain clear communication with external consultants when required.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring client satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years in a similar, client-focused role
- Strong understanding of Italian immigration procedures and working with local authorities
- Fluency in Italian and strong English proficiency (B2+), other languages are an asset.
- Proactive, flexible mindset with problem-solving skills, empathy, and cultural awareness
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
