PpJob Openings LQ Yard HSE Supervisor - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil Gas Project /ph3About the job LQ Yard HSE Supervisor - (Offshore) - Energy, Oil Gas Project /h3pbJob Description: /b /ppbGeneral Description of Role and Responsibilities: /b /pulliDevelop and implement HSE policies and procedures for the LQ Yard operations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. /liliConduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards. /liliProvide guidance and support to the LQ Yard team on HSE matters, including training and awareness programs. /liliInvestigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. /liliMonitor and report on HSE performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. /liliCoordinate with project managers and clients to ensure HSE requirements are met on all projects. /liliDevelop emergency response plans and conduct drills to ensure preparedness in case of an emergency. /liliStay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in HSE, and implement changes as necessary. /liliManage and maintain HSE documentation and records. /li /ulpbQualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills: /b /pulliBachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field. /liliMinimum of 10+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction or oil and gas industry. /liliCandidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience in offshore projects. /liliStrong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards in the MENA and Europe regions. /liliExcellent communication and leadership skills. /liliProven ability to develop and implement HSE policies and procedures. /liliExperience conducting HSE audits and inspections. /liliAbility to work independently and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment. /liliFluent in English, with knowledge of Arabic or other European languages considered an asset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
