What We Are Looking For: Experience: 7 years of experience in compliance management, enterprise risk management, corporate governance, or regulatory operations, including leadership responsibilities within a fast paced corporate environment. Leadership Skills: Experience managing teams, leading cross functional initiatives, and influencing decision making across multiple levels of an organization. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, internal controls, and corporate governance best practices. Communication Skills: You can clearly explain complex regulatory matters to executives, operational teams, and external stakeholders in a practical and business focused way. Problem Solving Mindset: You are analytical, detail oriented, and capable of balancing operational efficiency with regulatory responsibility.
