Responsibilities include: Partnering with stakeholders to understand business challenges, translating them into questions, and identifying effective data and modeling approaches. Sourcing, cleaning, and transforming large volumes of data for analysis and modeling. Designing, building, validating, and deploying machine learning models to solve business problems. Designing and analyzing A/B tests and experiments to measure impact. Communicating complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, creating visualizations and dashboards. Collaborating with engineers to deploy models into production, monitor, and maintain them. Developing predictive models for outcomes like customer churn, engagement, LTV, and campaign success. Staying current with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI. Qualifications: Master's or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent experience. 3 years in a data science or analytics role. Strong programming skills in Python and data science libraries. Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL for large datasets. Solid understanding of machine learning concepts and algorithms. Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and ML deployment tools. Contract details: Permanent, full-time position with access to cutting-edge technologies.
