As an Implementation Consultant PLM, you will join our Professional Services organization managing software delivery projects in Italy, acting as key point of successful deployment and ensuring the work is aligned with the customer satisfaction and the contract. You will play critical role in the success of Siemens Digital Industries Software, working closely with our customers helping them to achieve their objectives. You will provide technical expertise related to the use of our products and work in a Project team to understand customer requirements, develop technical solutions that meet those needs and support the customer for a successful deployment to production. Key responsibilities Collaborating with customers to thoroughly analyze and specify project requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs. Taking responsibility for drafting technical specifications, translating requirements into clear and actionable documentation. Designing and deploying robust solutions based on Siemens Industry Software products. Contributing to the validation and ongoing support of implemented solutions, ensuring their effectiveness and reliability. Working closely with project managers to guarantee alignment with project goals and to track delivery progress in line with the project plan.
