Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Software Developer/Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge space surveillance technologies. The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills and experience with Linux environments, with a preference for those who have worked with embedded systems and FPGA technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using C, Python, and Bash.
- System Integration: Work with embedded systems to integrate software solutions with hardware components.
- Linux Environment: Develop and troubleshoot software in a Linux environment, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- FPGA Development: Collaborate on projects involving FPGA technologies, contributing to future advancements.
- Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with hardware engineers, data scientists, and other software developers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our software offerings.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in programming languages C, Python, and Bash.
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
- Experience with embedded systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of FPGA technologies is a plus and may be beneficial for future projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development (preferred).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and development tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
