A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.pbWhat you will do /b /ppThe Hardware engineer, reporting to HW Manager, will be involved in Hardware development for Cooking, Dish and Inductions platform projects. /pullipProficient on hardware design of analog and digital circuits low voltage (LED, DISPLAY, DCDC, MICROCONTROLLER, TOUCH, COMPARATORs etc). /p /lilipProficient on Hardware design reviews, with Electronic suppliers manufacturing during any stage of Electronic development. /p /lilipSupport the HW manager during the alternative components homologation, scrupulous on components datasheet analysis, hardware debug on laboratory and HW package release. /p /lilipProficient on Hardware documentation reviews, for both Internal and External design (Schematic, DFMEA, Datasheet, BOM ...) /p /lilipCritical thinking on HW fault and system integration issues that impact the electronic and Electrical system related to final products /p /lilipAccountable on alternative components evaluation and test plan preparation (shortage, cost reduction, quality improvement) /p /lilipCollaborate with SW team for quality improvements and for new design during debug phase /p /lilipCollaborate with System Engineer, mechanical engineer and all stakeholders involved on product /project development. /p /li /ulpbWhat you need to succeed /b /ppbMust have /b /ppCollaborate on electronic test plan, HW Test reports review and failure mode evaluation from quality point of view (HW test report, Derating, FMEA) /ppAble to manage the homologation phase with all related electronic/Electrical tests and certification/norms for Home appliance. /ppuEducation: /uElectronic engineering degree /ppuProfessional experience: /u3-4 years of experience as Hardware Engineer /ppuLanguage /u: Italian and English /ppuTechnical Skills: /u /pullipKnowledge of EMI issue. /p /lilipKnowledge of CAD tools for circuits simulation. /p /li /ulpuSoft Skills: /u /pullipCollaborative attitude and strong commitment to collaborative work. /p /lilipAccountable to Team issues. /p /lilipWilling to be involved to many projects and change the direction according to urgencies. /p /li /ulpuOther /u: availability to travel if needed. /ppbNice to have /b /ppSIX SIGMA, Root cause analysis methodologies, focus on quality problem solving are a plus /ppb#LI-MV1 /b /ppHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
