Main Tasks and Responsibilities: Handle service requests by planning, organizing, and executing direct customer support services, including prompt visits, technical problem analysis, and solution identification. Prepare service quotes following company procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and division profitability. Promote technical maintenance contracts, customizing offers based on customer needs. Maintain inventory updates and manage tools directly. Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities through customer needs analysis and collaboration with sales and marketing teams. Establish effective relationships with customers to meet their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and positive product image. Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) in conducting competitive intelligence analysis and identifying sales opportunities for injection systems and disposables. Perform administrative tasks to uphold the company's quality and safety standards as per policies. Who You Are: Degree in Biomedical, Electronic, Informatic Engineering, or equivalent. At least 4 years of experience in Radiology service maintenance. Customer-oriented approach. Good organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks. High flexibility and collaborative mindset. Residence or domicile in Lombardia or neighboring regions (Emilia Romagna, Veneto, etc.). Availability to travel throughout Lombardia and Italy. Good written knowledge of English is preferred. Type of Contract: Temporary chemical contract initially set for 12 months.
