This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the national training strategy, ensuring excellence in knowledge development and brand education, and driving commercial performance through impactful, consistent, and market-aligned training initiatives across Italy. /p pb Key Responsibilities: /b /p ulli Define and lead the training strategy aligned with the brand vision, positioning and business objectives in the Italian market. /lili Supervise and coordinate the activity of Business Unit Trainers, ensuring alignment, consistency and high performance. /lili Design, develop and implement the annual training plan and specific training programs for launches, events and strategic initiatives. /lili Create and adapt training content in different formats (face-to-face, digital and blended learning). /lili Ensure proper follow-up and evaluation of active training plans within each Business Unit. /lili Train and develop the local training team to guarantee homogeneous implementation across the territory. /lili Identify training needs and propose improvement actions to increase efficiency and commercial impact. /lili Monitor and measure training effectiveness through KPIs, evaluations and follow-up of training actions. /lili Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure training initiatives support product sell-out and business growth. /lili Ensure proper reporting and tracking of training activities and results. /li /ul pb Experience and qualifications required /b /p ulli Previous experience in a Training Manager, Senior Trainer or similar leadership role. /lili Strong experience in designing and implementing training strategies and programs. /lili Background in the cosmetics, professional aesthetics or related industry is highly valued. /lili Leadership and team management capabilities. /lili Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills. /lili Strategic mindset combined with operational execution capability. /lili Analytical skills and experience working with KPIs to measure training impact. /lili High level of English for interaction within an international environment. /lili Availability to travel within the assigned territory. /li /ul p The right person for our team will love a challenge.
