Avolta AG is a company, whose corporate purpose consists of the exercise - also through the coordination of subsidiary companies - of modern catering activities, through a dense network of branches located both in Italy and abroad, in the main travel channels.
Key Responsibilities:
●Capex and Opex Budget Management:
○ Collaboration with Product Owners and local CIOs for the definition, monitoring, and forecasting of Capex and Opex budgets.
○ Preparation and presentation of budgets to ICT Global and Finance Local.
○ Monitoring of deviations and implementation of corrective actions.
○ Quarterly Forecast Management
○ Monthly Actual reporting and variance analysis
●Procurement:
○ Coordination with Procurement and Legal for the management of ICT contracts.
○ Preparation of renewal plans and control of contract archiving.
○ Management of escalations to ensure timely contract signing.
○ Management of the contract expiration schedule
●Investments/Orders:
○ Management of authorization requests for ICT investments.
○ Management of Supplier, Project, and Material master data.
○ Coordination of the issuance of purchase orders
●Allocations and Invoices:
○ Management of annual and monthly Capex and Opex allocations.
○ Authorization of invoice payments and management of reminders.
●Intercompany:
○ Support in the definition of calculation models
○ Preparation of inputs for management control for the calculation of Intercompany costs and related invoices
●Resource Planning:
○ Planning of internal resources and identification of critical issues.
●Portfolio Management:
○ coordination of an external resource in charge of the Regional Project Portfolio Management (Demand Mgmt, Monitoring, Reporting)
Requirements:
●Experience: At least 5 years of experience in similar roles; Retail background is a plus.
●Education: Degree in Economics, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
●Skills:
○ In-depth knowledge of accounting and budgeting principles.
○ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
○ Ability to work in a team and coordinate various business functions.
○ Knowledge of the main IT management tools (SAP, Excel, etc.).
○ Knowledge of project management
○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
○ Fluent in Italian and English.
