Overview
Lexroom.ai is launching an elite Graduate Program – Sales designed for the top 3% of young talent. The fast-track program lasts 18 months and is built around structured rotations that turn participants into high-performing Account Executives.
Your Key Responsibilities
Throughout the program you will:
Acquire the skills needed to qualify inbound leads, generate pipeline from scratch, and close deals.
Progress through four consecutive roles: SDR, BDR, AE Inbound, or AE Outbound.
Participate in the Lexroom Sales Academy, completing modules on sales methodology, pipeline management, AI-powered sales tools, and personal performance.
Rotations
3–6 months – SDR (Sales Development Representative)
Qualify inbound leads.
Learn discovery basics, opportunity qualification, and handoff to AE.
6 months – BDR (Business Development Representative)
Generate pipeline from scratch.
Master prospecting, outbound sequences, first touch, and meeting setting.
6 months – AE Inbound (Account Executive Inbound)
Own inbound deals in the legal segment.
Run discovery calls, demos, handle objections, and close first customers.
Collaborate with senior AEs, Sales Coach, and Sales Director on live deals and strategy.
6 months – AE Outbound (Account Executive Outbound)
Take ownership of a territory.
Drive outbound deals end-to-end with multiple stakeholders and longer cycles.
Contribute to improving scripts, sequences, and playbooks.
The Pivot Point
After the first nine months, based on performance, strengths, and mastered skills, you will transition into one of the two tracks above for the remaining nine months.

What We're Looking For
Recent graduate or up to one year of experience with a strong interest in B2B sales and tech/AI.
Consistently among top performers in university, sports, projects, or work.
Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
High drive and resilience; ambitious targets and a tolerance for rejection.
Fast learner who asks tough questions and seeks feedback to improve.
A desire for early responsibility rather than a ceremonial graduate badge.

Annual Salary Range: €40,000 – €60,000 OTE (uncapped and accelerated)
