We're dedicated to a better future, fostering talent through professional growth opportunities. /ppJoin us to "live the planet better!" /ppOur company is currently looking for a professional Estimator engineer with large experience in big Onshore EPC projects. /ppThis is for a significant tender with an approximate value of €1 billion. /ppWORK PURPOSE /ppAnalysis and definition of productivity, costs and timing of construction activities. /ppDUTIES RESPONSABILITIES /ppThe purpose of the position is to analyse the use of resources (materials, equipment and labour) and the costs of industrial plant construction activities, calculating productivity and unit prices. More specifically, the candidate will be required to: /pulliWork on the company's and/or customer's BoQ (Bill of Quantities) model to define the productivity of resource use (labour, equipment, tools) by type of activity. /liliBased on the above, define and calculate the resources required (labour, equipment, tools) for the execution of multidisciplinary industrial construction projects. /liliAnalyse and verify productivity and cost data from completed projects in order to highlight any deviations from the budget. /liliCompile customer price lists using productivity, resource use and cost data from company models. /liliAnalyse prices provided by subcontractors in order to verify their consistency with requirements and highlight any inconsistencies with productivity, histograms of direct/indirect resources, and construction site equipment utilisation schedules. /li /ulpREQUIRED COMPETENCES /pulliKnowledge of industrial work execution procedures (JSA, MS, PTW, LOTO) /liliKnowledge of multidisciplinary price lists and tender specifications /liliAbility to analyse project reports by extrapolating production data /liliAbility to analyse the cost components of construction activities /liliIn-depth knowledge of Excel and database use /li /ulpQUALIFICATIONS /pulliTechnical institute diploma or degree in civil, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering. /liliProfessional level knowledge of English.
