Sales Manager Job Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for visiting end customers and companies, establishing, maintaining, and updating customer files in a database system. This role requires developing public relationships and building reliable connections with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Visiting end customers and companies to establish, maintain, and update customer files in the database system.
* Developing public relationships and building reliable connections with clients.
* Spotting business opportunities and following up on orders.
* Collecting project information and promoting sales, analyzing competitor information.
* Developing sales plans and implementation plans together, completing sales targets.
* Participating in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure regional business objectives are met.
* Supporting financing and collection work.
Requirements:
* Familiarity with local market knowledge, prioritizing construction machinery or heavy machinery such as excavators, mobile cranes, concrete equipment, tower cranes, forklifts, foundations, aerial work machinery, and mining equipment.
* Knowledge of earthmoving or forklift operation is essential.
* Degree in marketing, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or international business.
* Preferrably skilled in coordinating leasing activities.
* Good communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
* A valid driving license.
