Gi Pro Mechanics 4.0 is the Gi Group specialization dedicated to enhancing mechanical, mechatronic, and electromechanical skills.
We are recruiting for FAB SRL, a historic company based in Petriano (Pesaro-Urbino), which produces components for the furniture industry.
Position: Maintenance Technician – Electromechanical
Responsibilities

* Diagnose problems and perform first intervention to restore machines and equipment.
* Assemble and disassemble simple and complex machines.
* Repair or replace bearings, gears, shafts, etc.
* Diagnose electric drives (control panels, inverters, etc.) with a good level of electrical intervention.
* Initial intervention on operational machines (sewing machines, drilling machines, work centers, etc.).
Qualifications
*
* Minimum two years of experience in similar activities.
* Ability to read mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
* Manual dexterity and skill with major workshop tools.
* Mechanical and electrical knowledge of CNC machines.
* Analytical thinking, problem‑solving attitude, relational and organizational skills.
Working Hours
40 hours per week, Monday to Friday across three shifts. Availability for Saturday morning overtime is required.
Contractual Offer
Initial fixed‑term contract with the potential for immediate transition to a permanent contract for candidates meeting the requirements. Salary: RAL 30,000–35,000.
Monthly employee cafeteria and gym or fitness activity reimbursement.
