Experteer Overview In this role you help drive financial performance for Somfy by monitoring margins, costs and cash generation, and by shaping action plans and forecasts. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide accurate financial insights, manage risks, and support audits and reporting. Retribuzione / Benefits Monitor sales, margins and costs to identify improvement opportunities and cash generation potential
Contribute to management action plans and provide insights for business decisions
Plan and track budgets and forecasts in line with group guidelines and process
Maintain an independent view of the financial situation across the perimeter with results and forecasts
Analyze deviations and variances with fact-based explanations
Identify risks and opportunities, mitigate crises, and support exceptional initiatives
Contribute to review of P&L; and to define management reporting standards
Support monthly closing and financial reporting processes
Perform ERP tasks such as costing calculations and generating reports for functions
Support internal and external audits
Responsabilità Master's degree in Finance or Controlling
4-5 years of professional experience in Business controlling
Knowledge of Accounting principles
Very good command of BI tools and Excel (high level)
English proficiency
Willingness to travel frequently
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP (preferential)
Very good knowledge of English
