The resource will support logistics management and distribution processes for sales products.
Main Activities:
1. Support in the operational management of shipments (national and international).
2. Monitoring the performance of external suppliers and internal flows (KPIs).
3. Collaboration with the team for inventory management and needs analysis.
4. Use of the company's ERP system for order entry, traceability, and inventory control.
5. Analysis of logistics data for process improvement (dashboards, reporting).
6. Interaction with warehouses, transporters and customer service department to ensure efficient flows.
Skills:
7. Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Logistics or related field (or equivalent qualification)
8. Good English skills (spoken and written)
9. Strong MS Offices skills, especially Excel
10. Knowledge of data visualization instruments (Power Bi, Tableau) will be considered as a plus
11. Precision and attention to detail - Analytical skills and data orientation
