With deep functional and sector expertise, paired with innovative AI-powered technology and an investor mindset, we partner with CEOs, boards, private equity and governments every step of the way. /ppbYour key responsibilities /b /pulliLead and deliver complex operational due diligence engagements, with a specific focus on value creation, performance improvement, carve-out implications, synergy assessments (cost, revenue, capex), and identification of operational risks and one-off / emerging costs. /liliDrive post-deal separation projects, supporting clients in the execution of carve out initiatives. /liliDesign and manage Separation Management Offices, including governance structures, workstream coordination, and KPI tracking. /liliProvide strategic support in defining and implementing the Target Operating Model (TOM), integrating operational and organizational models. /liliOversee the planning and execution of Day-1 readiness activities to ensure business continuity between signing and closing. /liliSupport the development and negotiation of Transition Service Agreements (TSA), ensuring effective delivery and monitoring post-closing. /liliDesign and implement detailed Separation plans to guide carve out efforts. /liliPrepare and deliver management reporting tools to monitor business and operational KPIs throughout the transaction lifecycle. /liliLead change management and internal communication initiatives to foster alignment and engagement across the organization. /li /ulpbSkills and attributes for success /b /pulliProven experience (5+ years) in MA / transactions execution and transformation (consulting or corporate roles) with a strong exposure to post-merger separation and due diligence. /liliDeep understanding of operational due diligence, synergy analysis, separation planning, and execution. /liliStrong project and program management skills, including the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams under tight timelines. /liliExcellent client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, with a consultative and solutions-oriented approach. /liliSolid analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights. /liliExcellent skills in Excel modelling /liliEffective communicator, both verbal and written, with the ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences. /liliDemonstrated leadership and people management skills, including the ability to coach and develop junior team members. /liliFluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus. /liliAvailability to travel, depending on client and project needs. /li /ulpbWhat we offer you /b /ppWe will fuel your ambition and potential with future-focused skills development that equips you with state-of-the-art methodologies and technology-enabled solutions.
