Junior Procurement Specialist:
TXT e-solutions S.p.A., the holding company of the TXT Group, is looking for a Junior Procurement Specialist to join its team in Cologno Monzese (MI), to strengthen the Facility team.
The candidate will be responsible for the operational and administrative management of activities related to maintenance and corporate services, ensuring the proper monitoring of contracts and costs.
Main responsibilities:
Management and monitoring of routine and extraordinary maintenance contracts for buildings, systems, and company services (telephony, energy, and other services);
Entering purchase requests (RdA) into SAP based on contract deadlines;
Monitoring service and maintenance costs;
Recording goods and services received in SAP (MIGO/Service Entry);
Managing supplier relations and contract negotiations (Contract & Vendor Management);
Managing the company car fleet (Fleet Management).
Required technical skills:
Experience in using SAP (MIGO, Service Entry, RdA);
Experience in contract management and vendor management;
1-2 years' previous experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will also have a proactive approach, good problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering or related fields.
