Sales Representative: APPLY NOW PURPOSE OF ROLE: KEY INDIVIDUAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Functional: To drive the development of the ASICS brands' business in PIEMONTE, LUGURIA and VALLE d'AOSTA and in the assigned portfolio - Support development of the account strategies, for prioritized Top retailers within portfolio thru strategic and seasonal Account Plans. - To ensure continuous monitoring of sell-out and the order book as well as cost effective and reliable supply / delivery for the account - To work within the agreed ASICS trade terms and within the agreed distribution framework with assigned customer - Controlling: Measure progress on own KPIs. Monitor and report on customers and competitors activities and propose/initiate/take actions. Strong industry knowledge across footwear, apparel and accessories - Functional: well-rounded Sales expertise and project management skillset, solid skillset in Online / eCommerce and digital business models, ability to develop and implement strategy. Ability to analyze data and improve strategic decision making and implementation - Personal: team-player, empathic, determined, strong in follow up, structured, organized, adaptive to different cultures/situations, high resilience and integrative. Passion for Sports will be considered a plus. - Other: Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Very good command of English both written and spoken.
