Italdesign is seeking an Events and Communication Intern to support the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external communication activities as well as corporate events. Furthermore, the intern will work with Communication team, contributing to the creation of engaging and written content in both Italian and English for multiple channels.

### **Responsibilities**
\n
- Support in the planning, coordinating and execution of events, including logistics, invitations, supplier coordination, and on‑site support.
- Cooperate closely with multiple departments to coordinate all operational activities required for the successful delivery of events, while ensuring consistent, accurate, and effective messaging across all channels
- Support the creation and editing of written content in Italian and English for multiple communication touchpoints.

- *Key requirements**
- Strong passion for automotive world is mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences
- Understanding of the full event management process, from planning to delivery, and ability to support the end-to-end management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Problem-solving mindset
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- *Preferential requirements**
- Previous experience (even short-term) in communications, marketing, PR, or event organization.
- Teamwork attitude and ability to work with different departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines, particularly during events.
- Fluency in Italian and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Content creation skills, including writing texts, taking photos, shooting short videos.
- Creativity and interest in storytelling, branding, or visual communication

- *Education:** Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Management Engineering, Economics and Marketing, Communication, Languages or similar path.
- *Language skills:** Fluent knowledge of written and spoken Italian and English are mandatory.
