Marketing Program Manager (MPM)
The Marketing Program Manager (MPM) (m/f/d) plans, designs, and implements marketing programs primarily supporting the ACG business, focusing on Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV), especially for product lines such as Lab Automation, Lab Informatics, Connect and Attach Programs, and the customer segment "Life Sciences and Research.
This role involves designing regional EMEA marketing programs and executing the global marketing strategy. The MPM develops business cases for program tactics with EMEA countries and reports outcomes to the global organization. Collaborating with the global MPM team, Marcom, and WW product management, the MPM oversees outbound activities for regional product launches and manages the service and support portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, including upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
On the business development front, the MPM is responsible for market sensing within EMEA, developing and sharing business intelligence to influence sales channels, in close collaboration with the Sales Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a strong pipeline to boost orders in EMEA.
Design and drive regional marketing programs aligned with global strategies.
Utilize data analytics to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Evaluate marketing program impacts and implement corrective measures to achieve objectives.
Collaborate with sales channels to analyze competitive and customer data, enhancing program effectiveness.
Serve as the primary contact for sales channels regarding WW Business Unit requests and provide field insights to the WW Business Unit.

Funnel and order performance.
Return on marketing investment (%).
Customer and account acquisition.
This position can be based anywhere in Europe where an Agilent entity exists, either remotely or near an office.
Qualifications:
Degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Deep knowledge of European Analytical Instrument markets; experience in enhancing CLTV and customer journey support is advantageous.
Experience in business development and/or field marketing.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to collaborate across hierarchical levels.
Proven success in business development or marketing program design.
