Your role :
The Global Media Manager will be responsible for leading the media process of the Nuance Brand globally.
She/He will be in charge of leading media strategy development, campaign planning, implementation, buying, and measurement for Nuance.
Main responsibilities :
* Development of the global media strategy and media plans consistent with brand and business objectives.
* Planning, implementation, optimization, and measurement of integrated media plans.
* Development, implementation, and optimization of programmatic media campaigns using management tools.
* Managing end-to-end campaign planning from concept to reporting.
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders: global and local marketing teams, retail, e-commerce, content, PR & social teams to develop a 360° communication plan.
* Ensuring reporting of campaign KPIs and performance, and implementing measurement plans to assess impact.
* Managing media partners to develop bespoke tactics, formats, and measurement initiatives, testing new formats and solutions.
* Preparing and sharing weekly updates and executive presentations.
INTERNAL Stakeholders: Global and local Marketing, Retail, Performance Marketing, Content, Social, PR, e-Commerce.
EXTERNAL Stakeholders: Media & Digital Owners/Vendors
Main requirements :

* Full competency across all media channels (digital, OOH, TV, radio, etc.) and ability to evaluate media plans based on strategies.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and traditional media.
* Proficient in campaign management tools and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
* Strong coordination skills for managing complex media plans and global organization structures.
* Solid analytical skills and ability to communicate results simply.
* Understanding of media research tools and models.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
