Experteer OverviewIn this role you will provide expert technical and application support for our Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) solutions within the Solution Experience team. You will act as the main liaison between Roche and customers, promoting the Precision Diagnostics portfolio while ensuring optimal performance of installed systems. You will blend technical know-how with a commercial mindset to drive adoption of innovative diagnostics technologies.
