About Ricasoli Group
Ricasoli Group is an international group operating across travel, real estate and hospitality through its integrated brands: Ricasoli Travel, Ricasoli Realty and Ricasoli Stays.
As the group continues to grow, we are looking for a Junior / Mid Financial Controller to strengthen our finance function and support the development of financial processes across the business.
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical finance professional who wants to grow in an international and entrepreneurial environment.
Working closely with the CFO and supporting different business functions, you will contribute to financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and performance monitoring across the group.
This is a hands-on role with exposure to multiple business lines and the opportunity to take ownership progressively over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of financial reports and business performance analysis
- Monitor KPIs and contribute to management reporting
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Support monthly reporting and closing processes
- Analyse costs, margins and business performance
- Work alongside finance and operational teams on planning initiatives
- Contribute to improving reporting tools and internal processes
- Support cash flow tracking and financial planning activities
Requirements
Essential
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields
- Around 1–4 years of experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, Audit or similar finance roles
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage priorities independently
- Professional proficiency in English
Nice to Have
- Previous exposure to international or multi-company environments
- Experience in services, travel, hospitality, real estate or fast-growing businesses
- Knowledge of French or other languages
- Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools
