Salary/Rate: Negotiable rate Italian-speaking HR Change Manager with at least 10 years’ experience is required to deliver the Change and Benefits Realisation for the deployment of the Workday HR Solution in Milan, Italy. The role requires the Change Manager to be fluent in Italian, both written and spoken. It involves partly remote work and partly on-site in Milan, where the HR Team and Senior Stakeholders are based. The initial duration is 12 months. Role Overview: The Change & Adoption Manager will work closely with the HR and deployment programme team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the Workday workstream meets objectives on time and within budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This includes focusing on the people side of change, such as changes to business processes, systems, technology, job roles, and organizational structures. A key responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. Requirements: At least 10 years’ experience as a Change Manager working on large-scale programmes. Experience with HR Solutions is preferred. Proven ability to liaise with senior stakeholders across the business and coach them on adoption planning or similar transformations. Additional Responsibilities: The Change Manager will establish a change and adoption network, including appointing ambassadors for the change, to ensure the business is prepared for cultural changes before the new Workday HR Solution goes live.
