In cooperation with the learning team, you will define and implement strategies to develop these skills through recruitment, mobility, training, and development actions, in close collaboration with the relevant expertise centers. /li libDiversity Inclusion /b: You will lead the deployment of all DI initiatives within TAS Italy and actively participate in all Diversity Inclusion programs launched at the GBU level. /li libExpertise Path Coordination /b: You will coordinate and animate the expertise path with CTO within TAS Italy.
