This is a hands-on role for a strong full-stack engineer who enjoys shipping high-impact features and working closely with product, design, and founders in a fast-paced startup environment. You won’t be expected to “own everything” — but you will be expected to contribute meaningfully, think critically, and ship with high standards.
Frontend: React / TypeScript React Native Infrastructure: Vercel (AWS legacy environment) Translate product requirements into scalable and maintainable code Collaborate closely with founders, design, and data teams Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards Help optimize performance, reliability, and developer experience Support implementation of AI-powered features within the product (e.g. automation tools, data-driven personalization) You will focus on execution, quality, and iteration speed.
Milan-based (in person ~3 days/week) ~Strong experience with TypeScript and React ~ js environment, PostgreSQL) ~ Experience building and shipping production features end-to-end ~ Experience working with third-party API integrations ~ High proficiency in English (Italian strongly preferred) ~ Experience in early-stage startups Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel)
