Source and contact candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking
Speak with candidates daily to understand their skills and ambitions
Support senior consultants in managing interviews and placements
Maintain accurate candidate records in our CRM
Research companies and market trends within your specialist sectorWhat we’re looking for:Currently residing in the Naples area, with strong English speaking skills
Confident communicator with a professional approach
A degree in work or organisational psychology (or a similar people-focused discipline) is preferred, but not essential.
