Key Responsibilities
Directs and coaches direct reports to achieve exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and cooking techniques to ensure accuracy and efficiency in food preparation.
Ensures that all food safety and hygiene standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized workspace at all times.
Coordinates and supervises team members assigned to their section, delegating tasks and monitoring progress to meet deadlines.
