You will work collaboratively with product managers and engineers to ensure that our offerings are user-centered and impactful. Accountabilities
* Develop a product vision and enable teams to explore, ideate, and experiment towards it.
* Communicate transversally and be a compelling storyteller employing various techniques.
* Build an understanding of our members to nurture product thinking and transform insights into actionable opportunities.
* Maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
* Develop and evangelize design understanding across the organization.
* Mentor junior designers to enhance collective performance.
* Deliver a UI consistent with the brand’s identity.
* Contribute to the design system with documentation for designers and engineers.
* Evaluate and maintain the quality of the product through continuous monitoring and testing.
Requirements
* 5+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio.
* Demonstrated experience in shipping quality products within cross-functional teams.
* Design mentorship experience in coaching junior designers.
* Full-stack design expertise across UX research, UI design, and visual design.
* Familiarity with AI and innovative design tools.
* Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
