Facility & Maintenance Manager - Sicily, Paterno' - Permanent Contract

What you'll do:
* Lead the maintenance strategy across production equipment, cleanrooms, HVAC systems, and site infrastructure
* Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans, aligned with GMP and EHS standards
* Own and optimise our CMMS system, ensuring accurate asset tracking, work order management, and performance reporting
* Manage critical utilities (WFI, HVAC, compressed air, purified water, etc.) to ensure uptime and regulatory compliance
What you'll need:
* Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
* Requires extensive experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing xjrgpwk environment, ideally within API or pharmaceutical production
* Strong working knowledge of CMMS platforms, technical documentation, and regulatory standards
* Proven leadership in managing multi-disciplinary teams and external contractors
