Location: Italy (Work from Home)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Integration Management
* Stakeholder Collaboration
* Process Coordination
* Project Lifecycle Oversight
* Project Collaboration
* Transition to Operations
Mandatory Skills
* Proven experience in managing complex IT integrations, preferably in time management or HR systems
* Strong understanding of bi-directional data flows and middleware technologies, in particular SAP HCM
* Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams in a global environment
* Familiarity with ADP systems and time terminal technologies is a plus
* Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the overall context of business processes and technologies
