Job Title Business Process Analyst Purpose of the Job As a Business Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operations by leveraging business process modeling techniques using SAP database. You will analyze production and supply chain data to support strategic transformation initiatives in collaboration with the Site Managing Director (MD). Your expertise in the APSYS program and lean methodologies will be vital in training personnel and facilitating continuous improvement across various departments. Organization Structure Engineering department Organizational Reporting Engineering and R&D Manager Network & Links Engineering department, Quality department, Industrialization department, and Supply Chain Responsibilities Utilize SAP database to model and optimize business processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness across operations. Analyze production and supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in line with the site’s SQCD (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery) objectives. Work closely with the Site MD to align operational strategies with the APSYS roadmap, ensuring that the site meets its strategic transformation goals. Develop and deliver training sessions on the APSYS program, methodologies, and tools to ensure staff are well-equipped to implement continuous improvement processes on-site. Provide on-the-ground expertise and support to various departments in deploying APSYS, ensuring the effective use of lean and continuous improvement tools. Facilitate and coordinate improvement actions with departmental teams to achieve APSYS targets defined in collaboration with each métier. Consolidate deployment status reports and communicate progress to the Managing Director and the APSYS Central team to ensure transparency and alignment on improvement initiatives. Educational Requirements Engineering degree Knowledge & Experience Proven experience in business process modeling and data analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or supply chain environment. Proficiency in SAP and lean methodologies. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in training and facilitating workshops. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
