The Administration Manager will be part of the Administrative Department at the Corporate Office, reporting directly to the CFO. This role is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the efficiency of accounting, tax, and administrative processes, in compliance with regulations and company policies, while supporting financial planning. Main responsibilities include:
1. Supervising general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank accounts, fixed assets, and cost accounting.
2. Preparing annual financial statements in collaboration with the legal auditor and tax consultant.
3. Managing tax compliance, including VAT, property tax, and tax returns.
4. Assisting in the preparation of the annual cash flow budget and monthly forecasts.
5. Coordinating administrative activities across departments and hotel structures within the group (e.g., CIN, licenses, permits).
6. Managing administrative activities related to tax contributions and benefits under Italian and European regulations.
7. Maintaining relationships with banks, suppliers, external consultants, and tax authorities.
8. Overseeing payroll registration in CO. Payroll GE, including salary, severance, social charges, bonuses, and welfare.
9. Ensuring compliance with internal procedures and legal updates.
10. Managing and developing the administrative team through training and resources.
Requirements:
* Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
* At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in hospitality or structured companies/accounting firms.
* Knowledge of national accounting principles (OIC) and corporate taxation.
* Experience with ERP management software (e.g., Opera, Microsoft Navision, NetSuite, SAP, Zucchetti).
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
