On behalf of our client, we are looking for Italian-speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join a growing team based in Athens. In this role, you\'ll help ensure a safe, high-quality online experience by reviewing and moderating digital content for a global platform. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work abroad, gain experience within social media, online safety and digital platforms, and enjoy life in one of Europe\'s most vibrant capitals.

Your role
* Review and categorize social media content based on internal guidelines
* Ensure content complies with platform policies and quality standards
* Make balanced and objective decisions to support a safe online community
* Help create a positive user experience for both individuals and businesses
* Apply content policies consistently and accurately
* Assist users via chat, email or phone (depending on project needs)
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements
* Follow internal procedures and moderation guidelines
Requirements
* Fluent Italian (spoken & written)
* Very good English
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work with sensitive content
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Comfortable using Windows OS, internet tools and MS Office
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Professional judgment and the ability to separate personal opinions from policies
* Previous experience in content moderation, social media or customer support is a plus
* A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
