About the Role
The candidate will report to the Project Management Supervisor and has completed at least 3-5 years of experience, operating in international markets in the field of automatic machines (packaging, bottling, textiles, etc.) or machine tools or industrial plant engineering in general and components with high technological content.
Main responsibilities are:
Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders;
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
Ensure that all projects are delivered on‐time, within scope and within budget;
Support planning in developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress;
Make estimates and update project P&L and progress on a monthly base;
Ensure resource availability and allocation;
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate processes;
Report and escalates to management as needed;
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
What you need to be successful:
Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Aeronautics and Robotics Engineering;
English knowledge (Fluent both written/spoken), welcome knowledge of a second foreign language;
Availability to travel in the area of competence (50% of working time);
Availability to possible transfers;
Very good educational background in mechanical/aerospace engineering;
Problem solving skills and leadership are must have characteristics;
Excellent client‐facing and internal communication skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office;
PMI certification is a plus.
